We ship from the Netherlands to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery in working days:

• Netherlands: 1–2
• European Union: 2–5
• Rest of the world: 3–10

Shipping costs start at €4.10 within the Netherlands. The exact cost for your country is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Returns

Try it on. Take your time.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you want to return it. Send a short email to customercare@ora-form.com with your order number. No need to wait for a reply or a return label. Send your Form back within 14 days and put your order number in the parcel:

Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. In that case, we cover it.

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund you through your original payment method, including the standard shipping costs you paid. This happens within 14 days.
