These terms apply to every order on ora-form.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Ora Form is a trade name of TANK Essentials VOF. Our full company details are in our Legal notice. Email: info@ora-form.com.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Mollie. The payment methods available are shown at checkout.

3. Your order

Your order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email. If a Form is not available after you order, we tell you and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates. If your parcel is delayed, contact customercare@ora-form.com.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, send a short email to customercare@ora-form.com with your order number. Then return the item within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. Full details, the return address and refunds are on our Shipping & Returns page.

We refund you through your original payment method, including the standard shipping costs you paid, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait for the return to arrive, or for proof that you sent it, before refunding.

Return the item unused and in its original condition, with the tags on. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item.

6. Defective items

If an item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, email customercare@ora-form.com within a reasonable time and we make it right. Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law remain unaffected.

7. Care

Each Form comes with care guidance. Following it keeps the garment in rotation for longer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, the ORA name and the logo, belongs to us or our partners. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.

11. Complaints

Write to customercare@ora-form.com. We reply as soon as we can, and within 14 days.

12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to your local court.
