We keep this short. We collect what we need to deliver your order, and nothing more.

Who we are

Ora Form (TANK Essentials VOF) is responsible for your personal data. Contact: info@ora-form.com.

What we collect

When you order: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give it), and what you ordered.
When you pay: payment is handled by Mollie. We never see or store your card or bank details. We receive confirmation that your payment succeeded.
When you sign up for our newsletter: your email address. When you ask to be notified about a Form: your email address and the Form you asked about.
When you write to us: your message and email address.
When you visit the site: technical data such as device, browser and pages viewed, through essential cookies and analytics provided by Shopify.
With your consent, our email provider Klaviyo records how you use the shop, such as searches and what you add to your cart, so we can send you relevant emails. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Why we use it

To process, ship and refund your order. Basis: the agreement between you and us.
To meet legal obligations, such as tax and bookkeeping. Basis: legal obligation.
To send our newsletter, only if you signed up. Basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
To tell you when a Form you asked about is available. This is a one-off message about that Form. It does not sign you up for other marketing emails.
To keep the shop secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest.

Who receives it

Shopify, which hosts the shop and processes orders.
Mollie, which processes payments.
De Pakkettenfabriek, which packs and ships orders, and receives returns.
Carriers that deliver your parcel.
Klaviyo, which sends our newsletter and launch emails.
Our bookkeeping provider, where needed to run the business.

These parties process data only to provide their service. Some are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the safeguards required by law, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. Messages to customer care: up to 2 years after we close the case.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to limit how we use it, or to object. Email info@ora-form.com. We reply within one month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, tell us first. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
